CUSTOM MANUFACTURING:
Teknova provides custom manufacturing services for both research and commercial applications. Bulk packaging and custom formatting are available. OEM packaging and private labeling services are offered for commercial applications. Our capabilities include bottling, vialing, kit assembly, etc... Please contact us for further information.
 
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order unless otherwise notified. All shipments are sent F.O.B. point of origin. Freight and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate item.
 
CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS:
Certificates of Analysis are available for of all of our products. For some products we do not include a Certificate of Analysis with the order but we will be happy to furnish one upon request. For OEM and custom orders all batch documentation is available to satisfy regulatory and quality standard requirements.
 
MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEETS:
An MSDS will be provided as required by OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard. If an MSDS is needed prior to shipment of a product, or in case of an emergency, please contact our Technical Services Department at 831-637-1100.
Inspection and Returns::
Upon your receipt of goods shipped hereunder, you shall inspect the goods and notify our Customer Service Department of any claims for shortages, defects or damages. If you fail to so notify us within three days after you receive the goods, the goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to these Conditions and to have been irrevocably accepted by you. Our Customer Service Department and a return authorization number given to you prior to the return of goods must approve authorization for all product returns. Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must arrive at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for product credit. A restocking charge of 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) shall be charges on returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours. Shipping charges will not be credited. Goods may not be returned for credit after 20 days after your receipt of the goods.
