PBS Solutions

Phosphate-Buffered Saline (PBS) Solutions are used to maintain pH neutrality or buffer against changes in pH to provide optimal conditions for cellular growth and function. pH, osmolarity, and ion concentrations are physiologically relevant. These solutions act as buffering reagents between pH 5.8–7.4.
