AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Equilibration Buffer 3A is a process buffer used for anion-exchange workflows with adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is intended for column equilibration prior to sample application and for maintaining a consistent ionic and pH environment during AEX operations.

This buffer is prepared to be compatible with AEX media and typical AAV8 process conditions, supporting reproducible setup of chromatography steps without introducing additional process variables.
