AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Elution Buffer 3B is a ready-to-use buffer for anion exchange chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is intended for the elution phase, supporting recovery of AAV8 capsids from AEX resins under defined process conditions. The buffer can be incorporated into platform workflows for AAV8 purification and is suitable for use with column- and membrane-based AEX unit operations.
