AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV8 - Elution Buffer 50B is a process buffer for anion-exchange chromatography of adeno-associated virus serotype 8 (AAV8). It is used to elute AAV8 from anion-exchange media during downstream purification.

Use in step or gradient elution on strong or weak anion-exchange resins according to your established method. Follow your process parameters for loading, washing, and elution, including conductivity and pH targets appropriate for AAV8.
