AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Elution Buffer 21B is an anion-exchange chromatography elution buffer intended for use with adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) purification. It is used during the elution step to release AAV2 particles from anion-exchange media within downstream processing workflows.

  • Empty/Full Capsid Enrichment: Supports chromatographic conditions used to separate or enrich full versus empty AAV2 capsids.

  • Process Development and Scale-Up: Provides a standardized elution condition for method development, DoE, and transfer from research to GMP manufacturing.

  • Analytical AEX Methods: Used as an elution buffer in analytical ion-exchange runs for AAV2 titer and impurity profiling.
