AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Equilibration Buffer 11A is an equilibration buffer for anion-exchange chromatography steps in adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) purification workflows. It is used to condition the anion-exchange column to the target ionic strength and pH prior to sample loading, and to re-establish starting conditions between runs or after cleaning steps.
