AAV•Tek AEX Buffer: AAV2 - Equilibration Buffer 1A is a process buffer intended for equilibrating anion-exchange chromatography columns used in the purification of adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2) vectors. It is applied to the column prior to sample loading to establish the operating conditions for the AEX step in AAV2 workflows.

Use according to your established chromatography protocol and column manufacturer guidance. For research or further manufacturing use only; not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
