Affinity Elution Buffer 1, DNase/RNase/Endotoxin Tested is used to elute affinity-bound biomolecules from chromatography resins, including immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) for polyhistidine-tagged proteins and ligand- or antibody-based matrices for competitive displacement. The buffer maintains protein solubility during elution and is compatible with downstream analyses of recombinant proteins derived from E. coli and other expression systems.

Each lot is tested to verify the absence of detectable DNase and RNase activity and to confirm low endotoxin levels, supporting applications that require nuclease control and reduced endotoxin burden.

  • His-tagged Protein Purification: Elution of His-tagged proteins from IMAC resins (Ni-NTA/Co2+) using Affinity Elution Buffer 1.
